Math 65
I can safely say that I HATE math, and the particular class I am taking and failing in, Math 65, is the bane of any free time I have. Simply put, I have to spend nearly every waking hour working on just bookwork. It's all handwritten (or typed), and is hundreds of problems for the week. Some of these problems (when you don't cheat and look in the answer book) take hours to try and figure out. And if you do sort of cheat, (using the answer book as a guide to figuring out how to solve things), then your still looking at 30+ minutes working out a problem.
I have come to the conclusion that the instructor hates the online-learning scheme. Previous classes for math were online, all positive experiences (math 20, Math 60), and they all made use of specific programs which made doing work easy, simple, and actually helped teach you how to solve problems when you were having a tough time.
Well enter the teacher I have. Forget the program that everyone else on other campuses use, no they will do their own thing, publish really crappy videos for you to watch, and if you are stuck and message them - no help at all, (you're just not doing it right, and should rewatch a video).
My hope is to get at least a D. Now on all of the other assignments I have A's. First test was a D. Second test was an F. Another D and I think my grade will be that. Another F and well who knows.
Fortunately I had 2 other classes this term that I'm getting nothing but A's in. So my overall average grade will likely be a C or B for the term. I'm not sure how my GPA will be impacted if I fail the one class, but I guess I'll see. Hopefully because my grades for the year have been virtually all A's (I have one B in there), the one failure won't impact financial assistance.
In the meantime I am still trying to work out the a requested D&D 5th Edition Ninja character class that will resemble something from Naruto. I am also going to try and get some more premade characters done for you Hero System fans who need Champion's characters.
