Welcome to my little corner of the web. So what's this all about? Its about gaming, video games, and table top RPG's. I'm going to chat on here about the games I play as well as anything else that may catch my interest that I want to share with others including conversions I may have made, or unique creations I have made.
What its all about...
As a fan of table top Role Playing Games, and Video Games, not to mention anime I once had a web site that I devoted to creating conversions of the things I liked to a particular game system or another.
Well I'm back and its time to get back to posting and talking about the things I like with others.
Video Games: I will be trying to write reviews for games I play and may even work out conversions of games to table top RPG's for gamers to enjoy, or at least I will give a guiding hand rather than doing all the work myself. Unfortunately the only game system I own is an X-Box 360, and my computer which kind of limits what I can do. Unless some kind soul wants to buy me an X-Box One. :)
Table Top RPG's: I play a few different table top games along with my friends. Sometimes I will write about a game system I have read up on or tried out, and may write up a conversion for agame system. Game systems I typically play are - Hero System (Champions, Fantasy Hero); Star Wars (Fantasy Flight Version, Saga Edition); Savage Worlds, D&D (3.5 Edition, 5th Edition); Pathfinder, and possibly others in the future.
But I look forward to providing folks with some entertainment and to get some discussions going on things I may post (but please keep it civil).
Also please feel free to click on any ads that are on my blog here, doing so really helps me out.

Gaming Dragon's Discount Codes!!!
Hi everyone, now I haven't done this in a while as I had issues logging into my account to get the codes, but I'm back with some more discount codes for digital games you can buy via the website Gaming Dragons!
For those of you who don't know about the website they sell digital games for Steam/Origin and occasionally games for PS4 and XBox One. These games are often at some sort of discount off the original price, and often that discount is quite significant.
And you may be asking: "Sean, why are you sharing these codes? What do you get out of it?"
Well that's just the thing. If you use my link and codes to get games I earn points for it (as do you when you buy games through them. You see as I earn points or "gems" as they are called, it converts into real money. One gem = 1 cent. Right now I have 245 gems, so that means I have $2.45 saved up. Now once I've earned enough gems I can either use them to buy a new game myself - or I can cash out my gems once I have $50 worth.
It's a nice little rewards program they have going on, much like a grocery store or something.
So if your looking for a new game to play, and want to stay on a budge then please be sure to to get your games at Gaming Dragons. And no they don't pay me to say this.

Computer Issues
So I've had some issues of late with my computer. I was playing Assassin's Creed Syndicate, I wasn't recording at the time, but had finished recording some time earlier.
There I was minding my own business and suddenly the screen went black and after a moment I got a notice on my monitor that I had lost connection from the computer for it (you know as if you unplugged your monitor from the computer). After that it was almost impossible to get the computer powered back on. It eventually did power back on though...but anytime I started any game the same thing happened. Least to say it was frustrating and then the computer just wouldn't power on at all.
Now initially I though that the motherboard had gone bad, but it looked like it was the power supply. Lucking I had another PSU that I could install, though its wattage is only 500w compared to the older one which was 581.5w.
It works for now but I may need to get a better power supply here soon, possibly something over 600w (which is what the original was supposed to be at).
Now before anyone says anything about the CPU over heating...that has passed my mind. So here's the thing, temperatures are often tracked in Celsius, and the hottest your CPU should run is 60. Now using the MSI Click Bios II app, it says that the temperatures I'm running at normally is between 57C and 60C...that's without running a game.
However this app may not work well. As such I downloaded the SpeedFan (4.51) app. Now the tower I have has 2 fans built into it (that I can't figure out how to get to), with one not working, and it has 3 additional fans in it, one extra one I arranged blow onto the processor on top of the heat sink and fan that is locked onto it. One fan is an air intake, another is an output.
The new app of course only detects 1 fan. Not a big deal though. As for temperatures:
Now the temp being mentioned for the core here is way less than that the other program is saying. I'm inclined to believe the new program.
I may need to look into getting a more exotic CPU cooling fan (liquid based possibly?). But going that rout I'm looking at stuff from $55 to $80 for a liquid CPU cooling system.
On the other hand there are some life hacks that I could make and modify to pump cold air into the tower.
Either way I guess I'll see what happens and decide from there.

Making new things for D&D 5th Edition
So yesterday I worked and kept myself busy by doing some writing and watching movies on my laptop. Now I won't get into things too much, but this is part of my D&D 5th Edition project that I'm working on. And no I haven't stopped working on my homebrew game. But here is a peak at what I'm doing. Keep in mind that the character race below is of my own creation and not the work of anyone else, and is thus my intellectual creation.

Sukong
Playful and sometimes mischievous, the Sukong are said to be
the decedents of the great monkey god; Sun Wukong whom they take their
name. The Sukong live where ever they
feel like, often in places that are cheerful and full of things to do.
Strong and Graceful
The Sukong are a human like race of beings whom initially
appear human but have features making them more akin to monkeys than
humans. Sukong often possess tails, and
have fur running from their head down their spines and their tail. Males often possess more fur on their body
than females with the men having longer bushier fur on their forearms and lower
legs. Females do have some fur on their
forearms and legs but its smoother and shorter. Their average height is typically like that
of a human and can vary to the same degree as a human's. The weight however for Sukong are slightly
greater than that of a human of similar
build do to the greater muscle density that a Sukong possesses.
The hair and fur color for Sukong varies but often ranges in
color like that of any human, but typically the colors are often mixed of two
colors, though solid colors are common too though generally for Red and Brown
hair. Facially they appear like that of
humans though their noses are more animalistic in appearance. Their skin color is either of light or dark
coloration. The Sukong enjoy wearing
loose flowing clothing often of vibrant colors.
Ageless Strength
The Sukong possess an expanded lifespan, similar to that of
elves, often living hundreds of years, typically well over 700 years. Unlike other races as the Sukong age they
typically don't see a decline in their physical capabilities, at least not
until they reach extreme old age.
However likewise they also retain their normal measure of identity which
does not change with old age where as with other races where they may grow in
intellect and wisdom and personality, the Sukong are as unchanging as a
mountain.
Not easily provoked into anger, they often see insults as
nothing more than a challenge to come up with a more impressive insult. They easily make friends with anyone who can
put up with their sense of humor and playful natures. However if one does manage to raise the ire of
a Sukong they will often have an enemy for life as Sukong hold grudges for a
long time and take delight in trying to come up with inventive ways of getting
even that don't necessarily involve killing the person.
Curiosity of the
Unknown
Sukong are often enjoy the companionship of others, after
all a party of one is quite boring. They
love cities as much as they love swinging from trees. Sukong love crafting and like to see smiles
on the faces of those who see their wares.
For a Sukong, each item crafted is done with care and each one is made
to be unique as a Sukong dislike it when too many things look the same. To this end many Sukong often work as chefs
as meals are each made differently and a meal always brings people together and
put smiles on their faces. Moreover the
Sukong are known for their fearless temperament, often laughing in the face of
danger, regardless if its facing down a dragon or performing a death defying
acrobatic feat.
Exploration And
Adventure
While many Sukong are content to live in cities and towns
where they can be around people, there are some that desire to head out into
the unknown and see a life of adventure as a way getting closer to their
progenitor – Sun Wukong. Though jovial
and not prone to violence they are incredibly good at violence when its called upon
and they even find some enjoyment in fighting and testing their own skill
against others.
It’s In The Name
The names of Sukong are often the same as any human's
name. They age at the same rate as that
of a human until they reach their mid twenties at which point the aging process
begins to slow and come to a near stop for them.
Sukong Traits
Your Sukong character has a variety of natural abilities and
gifts inherited from the great Sun Wukong.
Ability Score Increase. Either increase Strength or Dexterity by +2,
and apply a +1 to the other ability score.
Male Sukong typically are stronger than women while the women are of
course more agile, but this is not a hard fact.
Age. A Sukong
reaches adulthood at roughly the same rate as that of a human, but only stops
aging at around the age of 25. From then
on a Sukong retains their physical capabilities of their youthful prime well on
up to being 700 to 800 years old.
Alignment. The
Sukong love freedom and to make others happy.
Though they dislike being bound by stuffy laws they do understand the importance of laws and codes of
honor. As such most Sukong are good
rather than not. On rare occurrences
Sukong do let their more mischievous and rebellious nature to drive their
actions, often creating chaos just for their own amusement which often leads
them down an evil path.
Size. The
Sukong are of the same height and build as humans. As such your size is medium.
Speed. Your
base walking speed is 30ft.
Fearless. Its difficult to induce fear in a
Sukong. When you are exposed to an effect
(skill or magic) that would induce fear into the character you have advantage
on the skill roll to resist the effect.
Natural Acrobat. Sukong are naturally adept at acrobatic feats
and are at an advantage on Acrobatic skill rolls. Sukong may also make use of their Acrobatics
skill to climb or jump in place of their Athletics skill.
Unpredictable
Movement. Sukong have a knack for
striking in ways an opponent least expects, or they move in ways that are
difficult for an opponent to predict. On
the character’s turn they may choose to apply a +1 bonus to either the
character’s next attack, or to their AC.
Good Vibes.
Sukong are all about people being in a good mood. When making an applicable skill roll to
entertain, or to in some way put people in a good mood, or deescalate a
situation you are at an advantage to the skill roll.
Inherent Magic.
Sukong are the direct decedents of a god and as such they retain a
measure of power. Choose one Cantrip
spell from the Druid or Sorcerer spell list that they may use. The saving throw for this spell is determined
the same as way for the druid or sorcerer.
Additionally you may choose 1 first level spell from the same chosen
class as the cantrip which you may cast once and then must take a long rest
before the spell can be cast again.
Languages. You
can speak, read, and write Common and Lo-kon (the natural language of the
Sukong).
