Now I will say that I have recently read a few things about the company so I want to outline how they do things.
First when you make your purchase it can take a few hours for you to get your activation code sent to you. This is typically 2 hours but it can be longer as the company has to hear back from the game company first (you will get an e-mail with instructions). Now when I got Batman Arkham Knight the instructions I got in my e-mail weren't straight forward on how to redeem the code. But I found a better way to do it. Once you got that you go back to the website, go into your account, and click on "My Games" from there you will see the games you have and a "key" code and a "Review" option. Click on the "Key" and you will be taken instructions on how to redeem the code (as well as the code itself).
