The Website is Active

So as of...well a few weeks ago, the official website has gone up and is live.

http://www.seanswebcorner.com/gaming_home.html

The transition to the new site of materials from here will take some time.  I will also belinking the site to a page I have on here.  For the most part, the blog will be largely discontinued, but kept active for folks.  I may use the blog to post updates on things or previews, though I can do just the same on the website.

Also if your looking to help and support me in the creation of RPG materials so that I can put them out on a more regular basis then please visit my Patreon page, (the link is on the new website).

Still Alive - But Busy

Hi folks, first off I'm sorry that I haven't posted anything in months.  I've spent the last several months since my last blog post finishing up my degree in Web Design & Development (for Front End web work).  I've also been busy just trying to catch up on other stuff that I've been putting off for to long (cleaning).

But I've also been hard at work doing a couple of different things.

  1. Learning InDesign on my own.  Time hasn't allowed me a great opportunity to sit down and learn to use this Adobe program since completing college, at least not until the start of January.  By learning to use this I can turn out better looking documents for my website, and potentially get work as a graphic designer.  I'm still waiting on my degree to appear in the mail (6 to 8 weeks folks, that's my weight time since December 15th 2019).
  2. I've also been working on an official website.  Now this includes a portfolio website for my professional work, but will also include my gaming hobby.  It's been slow going since I have to get all the stuff from my blog, add pictures to the documents, and turn them into PDFs...with password protection so they can't be edited.  Plus other things tend to keep popping up to keep me from working on this properly.
  3. The last little thing to get in my way is job hunting.  I have a degree now, so I need to find a job.  Problem is that I have no talent/skills for self-employment, so that leaves me with few options as a web designer.
Now as soon as the website for tabletop gaming is done I'll be proper links on social media and eventually shifting the blog toward other uses.
